SUMMARY:Creative Rural Businesses
DESCRIPTION:Kell 10.30–12.00 toimub rahvusvahelise vebinaride sarja „Network to Innovate“ raames järjekordne vebinar teemal „Beyond Farming – Creative Rural Businesses“. Info ja registreerimine METKi veebilehel. \n\n\n\nLaunched in 2019 as the Rural Inspiration Awards (RIA) by the European Network for Rural Development\, the competition has grown into a key annual highlight for rural development stakeholders across Europe. Since 2023\, it has evolved into the Agricultural and Rural Inspiration Awards (ARIA)\, continuing to celebrate fresh ideas and meaningful impact in rural areas. \nFrom the very beginning\, the Rural Networks of Estonia\, Finland\, Latvia\, and Poland have actively contributed a wide range of nominees each year. Some have reached the finals — and even taken home awards — while others have remained outside the spotlight. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis workshop puts the spotlight on projects that have remained under the radar. Not because they lack creativity or ambition\, but often because their value is not always captured by awards alone. Some of these initiatives have been developing steadily over the years\, while others have been implemented rapidly in response to immediate needs. Together\, they demonstrate meaningful impact in their communities in ways that deserve closer attention. \nJoin us to explore these inspiring initiatives\, uncover their unique stories\, and broaden the conversation on what innovation in rural areas can truly look like. \n\n\nThe event will open with insights from invited speakers\, setting the stage for the discussions ahead.\nAfter the presentations\, the conversation continues with an interactive discussion\, giving participants the opportunity to ask questions and engage directly with the speakers.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nTo support interaction and exchange\, we will be using a Padlet board where you can share inspiring ideas\, express interest in collaboration\, and raise questions related to the workshop theme. Simply add the name of your idea or area of expertise\, include a short description\, and leave your contact details to connect with others.
